University of the Arts London brings together five of the world's most famous colleges for the study of art, design and communication. Behind the five Colleges are 100 years of prestige and accomplishment. The Colleges are: Camberwell College of Arts; Central Saint Martins College of Art and Design; Chelsea College of Art and Design; London College of Communication (formerly London College of Printing) and London College of Fashion. Each of these prominent colleges has its unique strengths and distinctive character. In 1986, the Colleges were brought together as the London Institute (now University of the Arts London) in order to better support and enhance them. University of the Arts London and its colleges are part of the very vibrant and cutting-edge London creative scene. We are dedicated to providing the best possible arts education available, and also to establishing and nurturing community and corporate links.
